Stuff you've found on TV worth watching

Luther film on Netflix is excellent.

Just managed this. The only thing I'd say is that
a) It tried to cram 6+ hours of TV into 2 hours of film. Made a really good try but stuff moved too fast
b) The Bond reference at the end was, well, slammed in.

Otherwise 2 hours of good fun

Although quite awful, the thing with Giovanni and Anton in Sicily has a nice Alfa Tonale (must be product placed) and in the last episode they had a go in a Ghibli Trofeo, which looked lovely

My mum told me they talk about the effect of a Maserati in the last episode. I’m taking her word for it :p

Horrific program, but Mrs C called me down to see the Trofeo

Tried to watching but truly dreadful. Even if Maserati’s was on there I would rather cut my penis off with a rusty bread knife that watch anymore of those two.

I’ve heard of cutting your nose off to spite your face but this really takes the sausage :p

Well, I shouldn’t admit this, but I deliberately watched the whole programme last night. I am a Giovanni fan, there you go, I’ve said it. I even saw him on tour in February!

Your're right - you shouldn't. We watched about 10 mins hoping it might be a bit like Gino, Gordon and Fred but it was probably the worst TV I've seen for a long time.

Maybe the “couple” of glasses of wine I’d consumed made it seem better. The first half was a bit silly, but when they went to see his parents and had a birthday party it was really nice. Quite a tear jerker!

Needing a pick me up from your wiper woes?

I need both you and Alan at the top of your games on wiper fixing as I've had a bit of wiper problem in the past too, so I'm going to need all the wiper whisperers on it when it does happen.

Someone must be thinking about 3d printing too, surely? :)

One to avoid on Netflix

The Night Agent, it's written for people who can't follow a simple plot with the cast throwing the F word around because they can

I managed 2 episodes before the wooden acting and utterly ridiculous situations forced me to give up

Pulls shirt up after chasing someone to reveal a big tattoo ( he's getting away)

Gunfight between a trained assassin and a FBI agent, nobody hits anything apart from crockery

Tries to escape from a hotel room onto a glass canopy, don't stand on the support then, walk on the glass, oh no it broke

Assasin cuts the power in a hotel, then knocks on the door dressed as housekeeping pushing a trolley, why give them warning you're coming when they're likely to just open the door

I'm surprised I lasted 2 episodes

My son wanted to watch this and we did it all. Didn’t think it was that bad. Not the best but watchable.

I just can't get past the lead footed plot

Gave it another go, ep 3 , security badge off, conveniently left on the desk, then she walks out to look for it , it's all so unlikely

Yep, agree it is all fantasy and would never happen.
