Well Success for the Renault 4 and a two year MOT.
The tester said he has never seen one so nice and totally rust free.
He liked the fact I had oiled the underside and said he wants to buy it.
He made me promise that he can have first dibs if I do.

What before me, how could you ;)

Morning all, a bit of admin and go and get some paint for the Alfa as Mo.3 caught the bumper in a car park recently, have Mr Scuff around later.

Have fun all...

Let me know how they get on, as I have one on the Jag that I'm going to get done before it gets moved on.

Morning all. One of the joys of dealing with our friends on the continent is that they are 1 or 2 hours ahead of us.
So this morning whilst awakening from my slumber I get a call from a contact in Poland where the client is asking for a face to face meeting before providing us with any information.
That'll be no on so many counts I'm not even sure why they asked!!!! It's bit like buying a house, without knowing where the house is and what it looks like!
Oh add to the fact that both the UK and Poland are under lockdown with travel restrictions.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

As someone once sang "clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right......"

Morning, all. Early start today for no reason I can discern.

Yesterday I added a new simple task to my long list of tasks which should only be undertaken by trained professionals: fitting a new letter plate. How can something so simple be so subtly and crucially different in size and position of fittings to its predecessor? Anyway, now fitted and looking good. Even straight, if you squint a bit. Today I'll get the door knocker done, The success of that ostensibly simple task should be more or less irrelevant when we're discouraged from having visitors, so I'm feeling pretty relaxed about the outcome.

Have a good Friday, you beautiful people.

Talking about things going slow I'm hoping my house sale will be quick as no chain.
Guessing the professionals would like the fees in their accounts before the end of the year so fingers crossed here.

Entirely possible, chap, from what I've seen round here.

Good morning everyone, in the click and collect queue at Tesco. Three SUVs in front with an inordinate amount of food, boot and back seats. To make matters worse, they didn't click 'no plastic bags'. Rsoles!

It's spelt 'rissoles'. Probably quicker to make your own than to queue at Tesco for them.
