Lol the reference it not about driving but about walking back from the pub……… some say I fell down a deep embankment at Le Mans, others say Matt got me drunk and Zep pushed me ;):p
It was more ravine than embankment. And a bloody unforgiving one at that. Be grateful that Matt had got you drunk; you'd have been far more self-conscious about being covered from head to toe in mud and blood and gin otherwise.

Morning all - another day at work in the dressing room (until my office is ready).
Dilemma: was planning trip to office in London next week to co-incide with Christmas party. Should I stay or should I go?
Some help for anyone needing a lift, the HannukahSessions are a great tradition whatever your faith or not.

He’ll be fine, the water in the river is quite soft.

later stages of house renovation (roof , septic tank, central heating and her office building done) and the trophy kitchen is being fitted. The carpenter asked for the Miele bracket needed to hang the door. "We" suspect it might have been "thrown out" with all the packaging.
It 'might be' fitted to the Jeep as battery clamp (essential for MOT of course). Will leave the confession until the spare part arrives next week.

miele sending spare part for free. Aiming to spend little or nothing on the Jeep! Some RHD parts no longer available and it was only made in 1998. Plenty still in the US so majority of parts will be okay. Had issue finding light units after deploying jeep in wall removal.

A mate has some Mechano (remember that?) he had as a kid which he uses for battery clamps on some of his old bangers.
First decent use for the stuff!

Morning all. Should be a nice easy day today as my call at 4pm has now been re-arranged for Tuesday.

So could be an opportunity to get on the bike.

Wow! Well that's exciting. But presumably someone noticed and discouraged her, thank goodness.

Sadly, not so much. Until she called the help line who, as one might expect, called the fire brigade.

Exciting is not really the word I'd be using after the day we've had (of which that was simply the 'icing')
