Good morning everyone, two weeks to Le Mans 4 days to attend that place I attend in order to receive beer/petrol tokens.

Morning all, a strange one yesterday that involved some unexpected falling asleep! Feeling refreshed after it so I must have needed it!

Another couple of local jobs first thing then to Tunbridge Wells to weld up a broken stainless steel slide in the middle of a field!

Morning all. Interesting call, Monaco or Le Mans.. yep, would probably go Le Mans too to be fair. WFH today, but then the miles start to clock up in the next few weeks, Melton Mowbray, Amsterdam and LA lie ahead. Plenty of prep to be done... stay safe from all these raging diseases chaps...

Morning all. Not a great start to the day with going over a whacking great bolt ruining a 2 month old tyre.
Then complaining to the heavy plant hire firm next door to the office which loads said plant on to truck in the road, with them complaining that it nothing to do with them.
Ironic that the bolt is the same size of what was on the tracks of one of their Caterpillar diggers!

My wife thinks I am mad as if I spot a screw or such like in the road or gutter I always pick it up and drop it in the nearest bin - I have had far too many tyres ruined by such things.

I'll be keeping the bolt to take back to them tomorrow when the new tyre is fitted.

Oh, by the way, no iPhones anywhere in the empty boxes in our house. Somehow. They were on EE anyway, so probably not much use.

I think she is so much better but the Vet is still very concerned and having 3 lots of medication which is not easy.
Back to the Vets Saturday morning just topping the bank account up.

Morning all, having the screen replaced on the T6 this morning, lord knows how much it is costing as it is being supplied by VW! National Windscreens would only order it if I paid the excess up front. Let’s hope they don’t drop it. I get the feeling it is the only heated one in the UK!

I understand the “right to bear arms”.

But as a parent I also have the right to be able to take my child to school and them

Morning all. Back at the local tyre place to get a new tyre on the Merc.
Had to get flat the tyre (would only take half the normal pressure) and drive it a mile.
money of the most anxious drives I’ve ever had hoping the bolt would stay in and in turn it not deflating quickly and damaging the alloy.

Did take Alex’s car with my trolly Jack but forgot my 3ft wheel brace to undo the bolts. The tiny one In the boot was not sufficient to undo the rear bolts. Hence I had to drive it. When I was going to take it off and take it there in Alex’s car.

Also got a sh*t load of work on so could we’ll do without this.
