I think you’ll find the correct number of Ugga-duggas to hold a full size Capes without undoing is 110, if not slightly more.

Morning all - and a slightly nerve wracking 24 hours could be ahead for me - my beloved 02 Spyder is in for a windscreen replacement - since Maserati stopped making them for 4200's they are like gold dust and proving a real problem to find.

Morning all, three good things yesterday:

I convinced the Dr to halve my meds so hopefully half the side effects! I weighed myself for the first time since about August and although heavy at 21st 10lbs that was an awful lot less than the mid 23st I was expecting, so happy about that. And I got back on the water in a kayak after my shock at the weekend. All positive things to build on.

today is a ropes day.
