Hi Phil, glad to hear it's progressing but sounds like a lot of work! Did you mainly remove the manifold today? I'd you manage that with the engine still in place?

I've got the offside manifold off the side of the pumps assembly but not out.
The engine mount needs to come out and the engine lifted a little.
Tomorrow is another day.

Going to be getting on with her shortly so will update as the day goes on.

Been on the phone to DL Swindon and first hold up is the factory shut down so no parts until week beginning the 25/08.
Plenty to do before then though.

They will be sweeping up ready for us lot going down..??

Nearside manifold off now.
Antiroll bar off and front cats off all without any bolts or studs braking so happy days.
Engine free on mounts ready to lift up.
Whilst front wheels off gave the callipers a good clean.
Pleased with progress.

Could I ask a favour? Could you tell me if the ARB droplink fasteners are at 90 degrees to each other? I can't see from the picture if they are the same as the Ferrari 360/F430.

A bonus those brakes look great, suspension also looks quite clean

I'm sure the ARB links are different to the 360 having had one.
Will get a better picture when I'm on with her tomorrow.

OK guys got the offending failed pump assembly out in situ.
What a chore on my back but she is out and its the water pump shaft splines all rusty and shot.
The oil pump looks like new.
