No it wont at the moment. If i recall correctly you need to access both the NIT module and the telematic communication module.
EasyMas currently for the first release at least doesnt list those as supported modules.

As far as i am aware there are only two diagnostic tools that can communicate with both of these which are SD2/SD3 and Leonardo.
The NQS module listed is for the dashpod for service reset and other functions. It doesnt cover what you need.
Just a thought on quickest and easiest way to solve the issue for you. The leonardo diagnostic you already had done couldnt tell if the GSM module was at fault or the handset was at fault. So you seem to be left with two options.
1. Either have it diagnosed at an indy with sd2/sd3 or at least call one and ask them if sd2/sd3 will be able to diagnose and confirm the part required.
2. Have a chat with somebody like suprano stu from the used parts suppliers list. If he has both the parts you need then he may be willing to send you both on a sale / return basis so that you only pay for the part you actually need and return the non used part to him.
For what it is worth i would start with the handset itself as it is easier to access before digging down for the GSM module.
As i said the only two diagnostic tools that i know of that can access both the modules you need are Leonardo and SD2/SD3. Leonardo could access them but not confirm which part. So your left with SD2/SD3 circa £25k if you wanted to buy it.
Hopefully that helps you form a plan.
Steve from EasyMas did say on the Beta thread that EasyMas first release would not be able to access the NIT to interegate your phone problem.
