If we're going to Ace for some tyre kicking, does that make the date a bit more flexible? If so we can plan with Andy's free days in mind. Also Dem mentions that Christmas booking might make it difficult at his place, so it might be worth coming up with an alternative?

I know it's not Ace, but the Malt Shovel could be an alternative with everything we need 'under one roof'

Andy, sorry, you may have posted this already, but what are the dates that you could make in the run up to Christmas?

Dem, sorry mate, I just thought from your post that your place might be booked up with your regular punters and it didn't seem fair to force this on you if it doesn't fit date-wise, so a backup plan is no bad thing. I hope this is okay? If we do go elsewhere, will you be able to get a night off?

Couldn't do any later than the weekend of the 11th and it looks like my wife has a job for four weeks leading up to Christmas on a Thursday Friday which doesn't finish until 1800 so may be very limited unless its a Saturday....Please don't bust a gut for me.....Go with the flow and if I can wangle a way to get there I will...But its def the one meet I would really like to be involved in.................Liz has asked are we having a secret santa.........WOMEN......

its busy already for the xmas rush so thats why im saying if its anytime in dec or even late nov i cant do it, early nov yes but that too early, so yes lets arrange something else and im definetely taking that day off to see you guys!!
