Here you go. Similar reviews to be found on Fratello. Seem ok, whether or not you want to pay the price as opposed to a more established brand is up to you. They certainly look nice.

I have a Milgauss GV as my daily. It’s doubled in value since I bought it, which is a bonus!

Get in quick, it's been rumoured for a couple of seasons that the Milgauss will be discontinued . Mine has gone up £2K in value since I purchased it and the watch geeks usually call the discontinued lines correctly.

I’m trying but my AD wont take my money! Not in it for premiums but flippers are ruining the game for us all! I love the piece and that green sapphire is beautiful.

The Pelagos is unreal, love mine. So much value for money and I think it will go down as the most no nonsense Tudor. Rumour has it that a hulk BB58 is en route

Some practical advice, chaps.
My Zenith Elite ultra slimline is back with Beards, Cheltenham.
It looks as if it has become magnetised again. Something that I'm led to believe happens to automatics/manual with springs of older alloy.
The only time I take it off is when in the shower. It's an everyday every hour workhorse, albeit pretty.
I've been think what I'm exposing it to. Maybe my lathes/cnc Mill, but more likely:-
Induction stove. I'm the cook of the household.
Am I correct in suspecting the induction?
If so, I could remove it every time I am at the stove, but not really practical.
Otherwise a biannual degauss at £70 a shot at Beards
I've seen that there are quite a few Demagnetisers, they are surprisingly cheap, but seem to be effective.
Has any of us hear had experience of them?

Not sure about the hob it is after all an oscillating magnetic field which is kind of how degaussing works.

The chap that bought my GranSport (Jeremy) owns/runs Hooper Bolton, the jewellery and watch place in Cheltenham. He also deals in high-end second hand watches such as Rolex, etc.
I'm sure he'd do you a good deal on watch servicing as a fellow Maserati man. Mention my name.

Thank you Ewan. I know them, top of the Promenade. Seem to recall that they had difficulty finding one of their watch smiths to take it on. Could be wrong
Thanks again

Breitling Crosswind for dress occasions and Traser H2 x3 for all else.
Admittedly. I went a bit overboard buying 3 Trasers. But, at least I can co-ordinate ;)
Don't think I'll be buying anymore watches of this calibre.

£70 for less that a minute work seems bloody extortionate to me.

I have worked a lot of mechanical watches in the past and have an expensive professional degausser and a cheep DIY job. Both do the job just fine, it’s just that professional one is nicer to use. With the cheap one yo place the watch against the unit, switch it on and slowly draw the watch away while inscribing a slight circular motion until the watch is about twelve to fifteen inches away from the degauser before switching it off. The watch should now be free of magnetism. Occasionally you may have to repeat the process to get the desired result.

These cheap units are readily available on eBay.
