Yes I recall the deal, but wasn't really a deal and an automatic I would have wished to own anyway.
I wish sony would sell their new wena smartband in Europe, a nice compromise.
Smitten with my new Tudor Pelagos. Tudor and Rolex have actually since increased retail pricing by an avg 5.5%.
got my beedy eyes on a Rolex Milgauss
Get in quick, it's been rumoured for a couple of seasons that the Milgauss will be discontinued . Mine has gone up £2K in value since I purchased it and the watch geeks usually call the discontinued lines correctly.Smitten with my new Tudor Pelagos. I’m trying but my AD wont take my money! Not in it for premiums but flippers are ruining the game for us all! I love the piece and that green sapphire is beautiful.Get in quick, it's been rumoured for a couple of seasons that the Milgauss will be discontinued . The Pelagos is unreal, love mine. So much value for money and I think it will go down as the most no nonsense Tudor. Rumour has it that a hulk BB58 is en routeLove my Pelagos! Its a big beast but wears really well and feels indestructible!
Here's mine next to my Heritage Chrono blue. Highly recommend if you like the Pelagos

Some practical advice, chaps.
My Zenith Elite ultra slimline is back with Beards, Cheltenham.
It looks as if it has become magnetised again. Something that I'm led to believe happens to automatics/manual with springs of older alloy.
The only time I take it off is when in the shower. It's an everyday every hour workhorse, albeit pretty.
I've been think what I'm exposing it to. Maybe my lathes/cnc Mill, but more likely:-
Induction stove. I'm the cook of the household.
Am I correct in suspecting the induction?
If so, I could remove it every time I am at the stove, but not really practical.
Otherwise a biannual degauss at £70 a shot at Beards
I've seen that there are quite a few Demagnetisers, they are surprisingly cheap, but seem to be effective.
Has any of us hear had experience of them?
Thank you Ewan. I know them, top of the Promenade. Seem to recall that they had difficulty finding one of their watch smiths to take it on. Could be wrongThe chap that bought my GranSport (Jeremy) owns/runs Hooper Bolton, the jewellery and watch place in Cheltenham. He also deals in high-end second hand watches such as Rolex, etc.
I'm sure he'd do you a good deal on watch servicing as a fellow Maserati man. Mention my name.
If that's the case then it must be some of my other stuff. Still, somehow getting magnetisedNot sure about the hob it is after all an oscillating magnetic field which is kind of how degaussing works.
